ABOUT US
Established in 2016 with the aim of satisfying
client’s infrastructure requirements, Shodo
Civils is a privately Black female owned roads,
civils and earthworks contractor.
We are currently operating in Gauteng and Mpumalanga.
With a strategically focused drive, the niche
markets that we focus on are private developers and public sector road infrastructure projects.
We intend on building a solid client base, rendering
consistent high-end quality service which
will yield concrete client relationships through increased access to education and training programs made available through CETA and SAFCEC and, to more specialized road infrastructure projects. Our growth will be measured in terms of capacity building
and shareholder value.
Our operating culture can be summed up in the following words,

With each project we undertake, we strive to build lasting relationships with our clients and our
philosophy and people focused mindset enables our employees to deliver service that meets, and wherever possible; exceeds our clients’ expectations
OUR STRATEGY
Will be achieved over time by increasing our professional and skilled human capital quotas, and lastly by means of strategic acquisitions and/or forging JV’s/mergers with key industry players.
The changing landscape of the Construction industry and technological advancements being made in construction methods especially in the Asian countries, will see us continuously striving in making strides
towards improving our own processes, finding innovative construction methods and procuring plant which will assist us in becoming more efficient whilst at the same time playing our part as a responsible
Corporate Citizen on issues concerned with the preservation of our environment.
